The persistence of COVID-19 reinforces the fact that disruption is an inescapable part of our reality and is here to stay. Currently, while some organizations may feel they are emerging from a severe sense of crisis, for others the impact is still unfolding or still to come. For all of us, whether it is the effect of COVID-19 or something else, another disruption is undoubtedly on the horizon. Uncertainty has become almost the only certainty.
